Zehnder Executive Team

Henry Chassaignac, CEO
Craig Shultz, COO

Zehnder is an employee-owned, full-service agency which means everyone has a personal stake in the success of our clients. Many of us along with many of our clients have been with Zehnder more than a decade, which feels like an anomaly in the advertising world. It’s a testament to the relationships and culture we’re continuously nurturing.

Name one fun fact about you, your agency, or market, that people might find interesting?

If you’ve been to New Orleans, you know it’s a city heaped in culture, genuine hospitality and big fun. With our headquarters based here, it’s in our DNA to go beyond doing things the conventional way when it comes to work and play.

What were your two greatest accomplishments of 2025?

1. Launching our Integrated Communications Department was a major milestone. By uniting our public relations and social media teams, both groups are now working in tandem to deliver multi-channel strategies and content to target audiences, while providing measurement that matters in a new media landscape.

2. Zehnder won an HSMAI Best in Category award for Visit South Walton social media – a submission that served up growth statistics and creative in a Reel-style format.

3. Zehnder executed a mix of traditional and unconventional tactics for Louisiana Fish Fry Products during Super Bowl 2025. Branded crawfish hats and bandanas were distributed throughout the city, with fans – including former NFL player and Louisiana Fish Fry ambassador Marcus Spears – eagerly sporting the merchandise. To amplify the impact, Zehnder implemented paid and organic media while launching a new brand website in time to promote the Super Bowl.

Name the best things about being an Indie! (Independent Agency)

We’re more T-shaped across all disciplines, which speeds up processes and allows us to deliver more quickly. Big ideas come from everywhere, and indie agencies tend to cultivate that type of thinking. We’re also able to give more top-to-bottom attention to the clients we’re servicing.

What do you wish clients could better understand to get the most out of their agency partner?

Clients who are willing to openly share business results and goals get the most out of us as an agency partner. Strategies align, trust is built on both sides and a true partnership is formed, versus a client-vendor relationship.

What does AMIN’s Mantra, “You’ve Got Allies”, mean to you in your own words?

To me, it means we’re not in this alone. From what I experienced in Pittsburgh, I see that this really is a group of peers who are ready to help support and inspire each other, and there is opportunity out there for all. It was energizing to say the least.

What inspires you most into 2026?

Our industry is changing faster than ever before, with the rise of AI and agency holding companies. With that, it brings a huge opportunity for us as independent agencies.

Would you rather be transported 500 years into the future or 500 years into the past, and why?

100% into the future. The past has already been written, and we’re learning from it daily as we continue to innovate. Being in these early stages of AI, it would be fascinating to see what’s next.
