Reid Holmes | Founder/President | House of Holmes Idea Lab
About Me:
Reid Holmes has spent 30+ years helping brands earn attention instead of buying it. As an award-winning executive creative director at top U.S. agencies, he shaped advertising for Burger King, H&R Block, Toro, and Mayo Clinic, each growing significantly under his guidance. As the industry grew more complex, Reid moved upstream: from ad creation to strategic brand building, which is critical in the AI era. Today he helps senior leaders and business owners leverage the new tools that will help their business grow and their careers matter.

What I’m Looking For:

Big conceptual thinking backed by strategic rigor and execution that earns attention.

Today, he helps leaders become a threat to the future through bold and persuausive communication, When he’s not working, he’s probably rolling on the BJJ mat or rolling dice in a board game.

What I’m Looking For:
Communication with conviction.

Michelle Corbett | Creative Director | Stratitude
About Me:
I’m a conceptual creative at heart, and since starting my career in 2010, I’ve never stopped chasing big ideas. I love all things creative, from design and art direction to DIY projects. Over the years, I’ve helped shape work for some of South Africa’s most recognised brands, turning ideas into creative that connects. I’m happiest bouncing concepts around with a great team, challenging the expected and finding that beautifully simple idea that makes you think, “Why didn’t I think of that?”

What I’m Looking For:

Unexpected thinking with beautifully simple creative.
Tim Leake | Founder & Crusher of Soulcrushers | Let’s Lightbulb

About Me:

Tim specializes in high-stakes workshops with senior leaders — wielding creativity, innovation, and fun to help solve big challenges quickly, while ruthlessly focusing on results that stick. When the workshop has to be fizzle-proof, Tim’s the guy to call. He’s been using facilitation, creativity, and innovative thinking to help business drive revenue for over 30 years. He spent a decade as the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer for the large indie agency RPA. He was a global innovation and transformation facilitator with Hyper Island. And the first half of his career was spent as a copywriter and Creative Director at agencies like TBWA/Chiat/Day and Saatchi & Saatchi.

What I’m Looking For:

I look for work that MATTERS. (Because so much advertising doesn’t.) My bar for work that matters is that it had a Cultural impact, an Emotional impact, a Behavioral impact, a Commercial impact, and a Cognitive impact (it’s unforgettable). It’s not easy to do all five, but that’s what makes things truly brilliant.
