2025 Pathways to Leadership Conference: What’s Your Anthem?

This month, we are hosting the 2025 Pathways to Leadership Conference alongside our exceptional agency member Planit! We are looking forward to 4 days of cobblestones and connection in the city where the star spangled banner was born.
This conference is designed for agency rising stars who’ve moved past entry-level, are managing projects or small teams, and are beginning to shape the work and the culture around them. Maybe they’ve got 5-10 years of agency experience. Maybe they’re helming a major initiative for your agency or helping usher in whatever’s next. Maybe they’re asking: What does leadership look like for me?
This conference will challenge the status quo and inspire attendees to push outside of their comfort zone. Members will gather where creative revolutionaries and leaders of all kinds have been making their own banners and hoisting them for centuries.
