Natalie has a proven track record in bringing a strategic and operational focus to drive business growth and optimisation. Her expertise includes business start ups, partnership negotiations, product development, operational management and talent management. As Chief of Operations and Client Service at Stratitude she ensures that the agency is optimized, talent is nurtured, and client relationships are grown.

Natalie serves on the AMIN EMEA Board as well as the Global Communications Committee. She values the spirit of Allyship within the AMIN network and is committed to meaning engagement and collaboration. Her education includes a BA Communications and BComm Degree; A Certified Key Individual in Financial Services as well as a Certified Human Resources Practitioner.
