As a CEO you often concentrate on strategy and leadership but I like to have hands on clients and projects as well. My skills and experiences are build up by leading the agency and being the driven part in creating innovative concepts and strategies for brave clients within public health, traffic, environment, energy, education and human rights. Things are changing all the time, but now even more than ever the main thing is: What's the good story and how does that relate to me. I still love to do the copy and work together with the creatives to find the words that includes, inspire and motivate. My background is leadership for decades, a degree in literature and passion for music, politics and sailing.
