Patterson Dental, one of the largest distributors of dental supplies and equipment in the nation, approached KC to create marketing materials for the launch of a nationwide sales initiative. The program offered dentists free enrollment in ReActivation Pro — a value-added service designed to reactivate a dental practice’s dormant patients. ReActivation Pro took the strain of calling dormant patients off the dental office, and guaranteed seven newly reactivated patients every month — a substantial revenue increase for the average dental practice. KC produced a promotional video, internal and external sales collateral and developed a microsite with links to downloadable sales materials.
