The client:

Norton Rose Fulbright is a leading global law firm.

The challenge:

To develop and launch the firm’s new employee benefit programme, Red Butler.

Our solution:

Development of a brand identity and all campaign material for Red Butler as well as management and implementation of the internal campaign. A desk drop was developed to launch the programme together with a campaign that consisted of an internal website, email and poster campaign as well as a launch employee activation day.



Contact centre requests and website registrations significantly outperformed the utilisation usually only achieved after 6 months of running three similar employee benefit programmes. The campaign was deemed as one of the most successful launches of an employee programme.

The campaign won a Gold Assegai award in the Employee Engagement category.
