Microsoft came to us for help with its through-partner launch of Windows 8 Pro. The challenges were many: global campaign, messaging that must work in 40 different languages, customizable areas for partner content, various forms of traditional and digital media, tight timelines. We had our work cut out for us. But the one thing we knew we could rely on was a message that resonated through SMBs far and wide. The fact that all SMBs need tools and answers to help them stay in control of their businesses as well as their lives. This is what our Modern Tools for Business campaign was founded on, and was a critical factor in the success of this launch.
