Menufy Selects Signal Theory as Public Relations Agency of Record
Menufy, a commission-free online ordering system for independently owned restaurants and small chains in the U.S., has selected Signal Theory as its public relations partner to help elevate its brand and attract new customers. Headquartered in the Kansas City area since 2009, Menufy’s offering is one of the most well-established free online ordering systems for restaurants with transparent pricing.
Signal Theory’s focus will include a strategic communications effort that will highlight the brand’s “restaurant-first” mentality among trade and consumer audiences. Menufy supports more than 11,000 independently owned restaurants and small chains in more than 3,000 U.S. cities.
Already recognized for its role in helping restaurants survive the uncertainty of the pandemic environment, Menufy has nearly doubled its client base and headcount over the course of the pandemic.
The firm will continue to assist Menufy in promoting its recent partnerships with Square to support restaurant growth and Uber Direct to expand the delivery footprint to Menufy’s network of restaurants.
