Biggs|Gilmore Welcomes New Account Director

CHICAGO – Josh Blacksmith is the newest account director at interactive advertising agency Biggs|Gilmore, overseeing the agency’s Kellogg customer relationship management (CRM) account.

Josh, whose expertise is in CRM and multi-channel integrated marketing, came to the agency after eight years at Meredith Xcelerated Marketing in Des Moines, Iowa, where he began as an associate account executive and worked his way up to account director for Kraft Foods CRM. Josh’s clients also included Chrysler LLC, Stark Bro’s, Walmart and Aetna Medicare. Previously he was an account executive at Ames, Iowa-based Ames Publishing Company, where he spent two years working in direct mail and newspaper advertising sales.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Iowa State University in Ames and an MBA (with a marketing concentration) from the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
